Waal, Albert received his Dipl.-Ing. degree in electrical engineering at the Leibniz University of Hannover, Germany, in 2004. Since then he has been working towards the Dr.-Ing. degree at the Institute of Communications Technology. His research interests are OFDM technique, ultra wideband technique, digital audio broadcasting systems. Since 2005 he has been a technical leader of project “D11H (DRM/DRM+)” in Hanover.
