ARTICLE SUBMISSION PROCEDURE
By submitting the article for publication, its author(s) testify to their agreement with the journal policy, order and conditions of publication. The author(s) confirm the text originality and that the manuscript is not under consideration by another publication. The author(s) comply with authorship criteria and give their consent for publishing the article in the journal. The author(s) accept responsibility for the absence in their article of inaccurate data and incorrect borrowings. Authorship should be limited to those who have made a significant contribution to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the reported study.
One of the authors (corresponding author) presents the article and accept responsibility for process of passing a manuscript through the editorial office. The editorial board does not accept manuscripts submitted by third parties on behalf of the author(s). Submitting the same manuscript to more than one publication concurrently constitutes unethical publishing behaviour and is unacceptable. The submitted manuscripts must contain data that has never been published before. The content of the article must conform with the journal’s subject.
Articles may be rejected without review if they are obviously not suitable for publication.
The manuscript should indicate a real or potential conflict of interest. If there is no conflict of interests, then you should write that “The author declares that there is no conflict of interests”.
Authors are able to non-exclusive distribution of the journal’s published version of the work, post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book. Given that an acknowledgement of its initial publication in this journal.
All sources of financial support for the project should be disclosed.
Preparing an article for publication undertaken by the editors includes normal literary editing and fine-tuning of the text according to the internal editorial standards adopted for the journal. All the changes made by the editors are to be coordinated with the author. The staff must not disclose any information about a submitted manuscript to anyone other than the corresponding author, reviewers, other editorial advisers, and the publisher, as appropriate.
A paper should contain sufficient detail and references to permit others to replicate the work.

SCREENING FOR PLAGIARISM
All the articles provided for review have their original text tested for the level of uniqueness determined by using the appropriate software that shows the uniqueness of the article. Reviewer analyses the report verifying the text originality in order to assess the reliability of identified citations and self-citations. The reuse by the author of his/her own texts from early works without reference to the source or to the extent not justified by the citation goal is recognised unconscionable self-citation and is prohibited. The author’s citation of his/her past publications is acceptable if the new paper is a follow-up to a previously initiated study. Processing of the text to increase the originality percentage is recognised a serious ethical violation. The authors are not allowed to reiterate the ideas and duplicate the results of scientific studies already published in printed or electronic form.

The publisher is bears all expenses for journal production and publication.
Publication of papers is free of charge for the authors.
Peer review is not paid.
