Abstract

The paper presents a software tool for the analysis of switched-capacitor circuits including oversampled circuits. The program is written in MATLAB and allows the most relevant nonideal and nonlinear parameters of the components to be taken into account. Among these parameters are limited switch resistances, gain-bandwidth product of active devices, nonlinear properties of stray capacitances and active elements. The program is based on nodal analysis and Volterra series technique for the nonlinear analysis and uses numerical multi-dimensional inverse Laplace transform.

Keywords: SC-circuits, nonideal analysis, nonlinear analysis, Volterra series.
