ANALOG-DIGITAL FILTERS ON THE BASIS OF LOW POWER SMART SENSORS

Abstract

The described class of analog-digital filters combines advantages of analog and digital filters and is executed on modern MEMS technology as cheap, reliable, energy-aware devices. It will allow to improve essentially existing field information-measuring systems, such as systems of emergency diagnostics, seismoacoustic and vibrating systems of monitoring.
