Abstract
The report is devoted to the carrier frequency recovery problem in OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) systems. The imitation model of frequency tracking system utilizing maximum likelihood optimal frequency detector is proposed. The dependence of frequency error variance on various signal parameters and the loop gain considered. The disturbance interference model includes additive white gaussian noise and band-limited noise, represented by reflected signal.
Keywords: OFDM, carrier recovery, synchronization circuit, maximum likelihood criteria, frequency detector.
